We ship within Italy only, by courier. Orders placed by 12:00 on a working day leave the same day.

Returns and withdrawal
Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. They must be returned complete with accessories and well packed. Only testing that the product works is allowed: if the casing has been opened or the product has been tampered with, damaged or used beyond testing, the refund is reduced in proportion to the loss of value, up to the full amount. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer: once the request is received, the return address and instructions are sent by email. Refunds are made within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
